Way back in 1977 Videosmith pioneered video field production in the Delaware Valley, offering then state-of-the-art RCA TK-76 portable cameras and JVC 4400 U-matic decks.
Since then Videosmith has continued to be a pioneer in the ever-changing world of motion imaging; introducing 1” Type C, Betacam, Digital Betacam, and MiniDV to our region. A few years ago we moved quickly into the burgeoning world of large image sensor cameras, with the premiere of the Canon 5D, Sony F-5, and Arri Amira. This summer we’ve made the leap into 360 Spherical video camera rentals and post production services, including stitching.
Our inventory of cameras and lenses is second to none. Videosmith offers Zeiss and Canon primes and super speeds, and the latest generation of S35 lightweight zooms, the Canon 17-120mm and Fujinon 19-90mm Type 2 Cabrio. We pioneered gimbaled image stabilization with the revolutionary MōVI rig. We’ve expanded our archival digitization station, to handle a wider variety of formats.
